Our peer support coaches have personal experience with mental health challenges - through their own journeys or by supporting others, personally or professionally. Each coach has completed accredited peer support training or equivalent, ensuring they’re equipped with the skills, boundaries, and understanding needed to support others effectively.

Peer support coaches do not diagnose, treat, or provide therapy. Instead, they offer strength-based conversations focused on hope, resilience, and practical insight, grounded in real-world experience and evidence-informed training.
